The Professional Coaching Process

Coaching is a process in which the Coach serves as a strategic partner with the Client in exploring goals, barriers, action steps, and accountability plans for moving forward. Coaching is a relationship that is client-focused and client-driven with the client choosing their priorities and action steps. The coach serves to provide perspective, create focus, clarify intention, motivate, and build accountability by empowering the client.

Clients who start with the free 30-minute introductory session can experience my professional coaching style and gain a sense of the coaching model process. Through this, a client can decide if I’m the right coach at the right time for them.
